With May being Asian Heritage Month in Canada, we’ve included a list below of just a few of the next generation of culture-driving Asian Canadian content creators you should check out. The creators highlighted on this list showcase only a small snippet of the amazing Asian Canadian folks who have given so much of their creativity and ingenuity to the TikTok community. These creators have found significant success using the platform and we want to celebrate them in light of Asian Heritage Month and also every day.
In honour of Asian Heritage Month, TikTok will be donating $275,000 USD to organizations across the United States and Canada that fight for racial equality and justice and provide programs and resources to local API communities. The Canadian organizations include Elimin8hate and Indus Community Services.
