British supermodel Kate Moss has launched Cosmoss, a wellness company that uses vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainably derived products. Cosmoss, which officially debuted on September 1, promises ”A curated edit of beauty and wellness products” to balance and refresh.

The line includes face cream, face cleanser, herbal teas, eau de parfum, and pro-collagen oil drops containing CBD.  According to Moss, the products are designed to be utilised as a part of the Dawn, Day, and Dusk “rituals,” which “balance body and soul with the natural environment and the circadian cycles”.

After being motivated to focus on spirituality and self-care through the epidemic, the supermodel created the brand over the course of 2.5 years.

To mark the brand’s debut, Moss posted a video of herself swimming naked in the wild on Instagram along with the description, ‘Mesmerising and magical. Cosmoss is self-care created for life’s modern journeys.’

In her remarks about the new project, she stated: ‘Cosmoss draws on my life experiences, my journey, and my transformation. Each product has been meticulously crafted with wellbeing in mind and designed to unlock new rituals leading you to find inner balance and love.’

Moss continued, ‘Using only the purest most potent ingredients, from the Sacred Mist to the exquisite skincare to the uplifting tea blends, every infusion draws on nature to centre and complete you. A story of reconnection from soul to surface. There is a magic to Cosmoss and I can’t wait for you all to uncover it, just as I did.’

According to a Moss representative, “Cosmoss is grounded in a deep, personal connection to wellbeing, spirituality, and optimism, this is a collection with a difference.”

Moss, who gained fame in the Nineties, was an important figure in the UK’s rock scene throughout the Noughties. She has recently adopted a more laid-back lifestyle, confessing to Desert Island Discs that she is “obsessed with gardening.”

“I love to dance but I’m not really into being out of control anymore… I like to get to bed, I like to get up early and do my meditation before anyone’s up and I like to be in control,” she added.

Although this is Moss’ first foray into the health industry, she has been outspoken about her love of daily yoga for some time. Moss takes training from Nadia Narain, one of London’s most renowned yoga instructors and the author of several self-care books. Famous for frequent TheLifeCo Bodrum, a wellness and detox retreat, Moss is also a fan of juicing at home.
