German luxury fashion house MCM has officially teamed up with global footwear brand Crocs, Inc. to reimagine the Classic Clog. This collab revamps the classic shoe into two new distinct and elevated styles, available exclusively at MCM boutiques and mcmworldwide.com.

About the design

Meet your new favourite summer shoe staples. The two fashion brands worked together to remix iconic elements of both brands’ DNA, resulting in styles that are must-have collectible for any closet.

The iconic Crocs clog-style silhouette is at the center of both designs, but it’s the MCM-inspired details that take this collab to the next level.

MCM drew inspiration from its past and presen to come up with a look that is not only unique in style but functional in design, for this launch. For example, the brand took its signature belt bag and incorporated it into one of the clogs’ reimagined looks. As a result, this style features a mini belt bag that is interchangeable and can also be worn as a fashion accessory. This particular style is also accessorized with the brand’s iconic hardware, which includes 24-carat gold plated Jibbitz™ charms.

The second style in the collection is right on trend for summer. Featuring a striking neon design, this style is fun and playful. For added design elements and texture, it also features a bulldog motif in yellow and black. Plus, it includes hardware details resembling a dog collar.
