“Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll” was a popular 2000s show that saw a group of young women going through the audition process of joining the Pussycat Dolls in order to make it as the next member. One of the women who participated in the show was named Melissa Reyes- she even made it into the final 3 and was seemingly favored to win before Asia Nitollano was crowned the winner. However, it was believed that Melissa looked too much like Pussycat Doll’s member, Nicole Scherzinger, to win the competition.

It was now recently revealed that Melissa seemingly underwent a dramatic transformation following the show’s finale. As the TikToker unveils, Melissa- who has no social media accounts- has allegedly “fallen off the face of the planet the most.” Now, it has been discovered that Melissa is actually a Catholic Middle School teacher. In the earlier episodes of the show, Melissa admitted that her parents did not “approve” of her career choice to try to become a member of the Pussycat Dolls girl group but that she wanted to prove that there are different ways to be successful. Although Melissa did not end up winning, this new career change seemingly came as a shock to fans of the show who remember Melissa competing in modern burlesque song-and-dance performances.
