Georgia from Netflix’s Ginny and Georgia is a hot topic of discussion on Reddit! According to this Reddit thread, people are wondering why men are so enthralled by Georgia’s character especially since she’s a “grifter, con artist, manipulator” according to this Reddit user.
Others chimed in on the thread with one user stating that Georgia is probably so likable because “Men mostly love with their egos and Georgia knows how to butter them up and make them feel desirable.” Apparently, her attitude and the way she carries herself also apply to this theory.

According to the Reddit thread above, some watchers felt as if the characters should’ve done/said more in the moment to make the scenes more impactful. For instance, this one user discusses a scene with Ginny and Marcus where they felt as if Ginny’s character should’ve helped Marcus feel more supported after learning about their depressive episodes. This could’ve been a chance for the characters to feel more connected.

Another user hinted at Cynthia’s character development from Season 1 to Season 2, discussing a moment in particular when Cynthia saves Georgia from Gil at the school. Some users agreed with starting to like the character, but others are still not convinced.
